Refunds and Returns

At Vipa Library & Office Supplies, we pride ourselves on selling high-quality products. While we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a significant issue. This applies in circumstances where the item: has a defect that would have affected a purchaser's decision to buy it if known, is unsafe, differs significantly from the sample or description, fails to perform as advertised or as you requested and cannot be easily repaired.

If the issue is not deemed significant, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. Should it prove unrepairable or not be fixed in a reasonable period, you may choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase, such as your invoice.
